It's a German host, but their dashboard and panel are in English. They provide you with 4 JS, Python, and Java servers.(along with Minecraft servers, unrelated though) They very rarely erase your data, and don't have much, or any downtime at all! Customer Support can be a bit tough, though, since it's German. There are a few staff who do speak English which can help you with your problems if you ask the other staff. It's a really underrated host and I request you to please not create empty servers
